Marketing Coordinator (Jacked Factory)

About the Role
Jacked Factory is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and report directly to the Brand Manager.
In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of our social media content, email campaigns, and creator program. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator with the ability to take full ownership across all three. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketer who wants to grow alongside the marketing department of a fast-growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the weekly and monthly content calendar across social and email, ensuring everything is aligned with campaigns and product priorities.
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram and TikTok.
- Build, schedule, and QA Email campaigns.
- Manage ongoing relationships with our athlete and creator roster, coordinating content and campaign participation
- Actively recruit new creators who fit the brand.
- Track and report on performance across social and email, surfacing what's working and make suggestions for improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or influencer relations.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok.
- Email platform experience preferred.
- Strong written communicator, able to write on-brand across multiple formats
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment is considered an asset.
- Interest in fitness and sports nutrition considered an asset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
